Dr. Jumpot Phuritatkul
Challenges and Opportunities in MetaverseDr. Jumpot (Howdy) Phuritatkul is Chief Innovation Officer, leading Research and Innovation Strategies for Tree Roots Entertainment Group under T&B Media Global Thailand. Previously, he was General Manager for Innovation & IT Department of Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Leasing and Service (Thailand), CTO for True Digital Park, Huawei Enterprise Thailand and Ericsson Thailand (Business Development Department), respectively. He has more than 23-year professional experiences in Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, R&D, Product, Process, Business and Strategy Development for public and private ICT sectors such as Sumitomo, True, Huawei, Ericsson, Cisco, DETECON(Deutsche Telekom Consulting), France Telecom R&D Japan, National Institute of Informatics (NII), National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) Japan, and National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand. He obtained his PhD. from the Graduate University for Advanced Studies (Sokendai) in cooperation with National Institute of Informatics, and the University of Tokyo, Japan.
Dr. Winyu Chinthammit
Research trends in MetaverseDr. Winyu Chinthammit is a research leader at Human Interface Technology Laboratory (HIT Lab) within Discipline of ICT, School of Technology, Environments and Design, University of Tasmania. He works with the Human Interface Technology Laboratory, Australia (HIT Lab AU), forming a research cluster in the Human Computer Interaction (HCI). His research interest is in advanced user interface such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Interactive Table interface. He also applies his interface research in different disciplines such as education technology and telerehabilitation.
